Question

Which electric toothbrush is best?

Answer

Whichever you find comfortable, as long as it rotates and oscillates.

Ideally we recommend ones with a pressure sensor to reduce you risk of abrasion and making fragile gum recession worse. It helps to train your muscle memory when holding the brush.

As ever, most of the success of any oral hygiene product relates to: who is using it, with what technique, for how long and how consistently?

If you’re not sure, there are some YouTube videos out there. Angle the brush 45 degrees towards the join between your gums and teeth, and spend twice as long as you think you should ☺️
